Delete Your Osool Account
We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your Osool account and associated personal data at any time using any of the methods below.
Method 1 — In-App (Preferred)
Recommended — fastest way to delete your account
- Sign in to the Osool mobile app or web app at app.osool.supply
- Go to Profile → Organizations screen
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts
Method 2 — By Email
- Send an email to support@osool.supply
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address registered to your account
- We will confirm deletion within 7 business days
What Gets Deleted
- Your user account and profile
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Your membership in all organizations
- In-app preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for legal or accounting compliance as required by applicable law for up to 7 years, and anonymized where possible. This includes:
- Invoices and financial transaction records
- Tax-related documents
- Audit logs required for regulatory compliance
Processing Timeline
Account deletion is processed within 7 business days of your request. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address when deletion is complete.
